The Department of Construction and Urban Economy trains civil engineers, as well as specialists in the operation and maintenance of buildings and structures. The Department uses a 3-tier system of training: college - bachelor's degree - master's degree. Students enjoy free access to software packages for automated structures design and calculations - AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, LIRA-CAPR, Grand-Estimate. They regularly participate in scientific and technical conferences, as well as educational and methodological seminars on topical issues regarding the scientific and technological progress and the use of modern software in the field of designing buildings and structures. The Department of Construction and Urban Economy cooperates with the leading organizations of the construction industry in Moscow, where our students regularly undergo practical training and internships.
